All team members must be reliable, punctual and well-presented with the ability to prioritize tasks. Team chemistry is a big factor in the success of the team.

The Team Leader is pivotal in overseeing the site when the Operations Manager is not present. The Team Leader must guide the team and ensure the site is running smoothly during operating hours. The Team Leader is expected to be a floater, floating between the reception area and stations, ensuring the site is opened/closed correctly while also managing customer questions and concerns.

Service Technicians are essential to the maintenance of hardware on each station. They must service and maintain all the hardware with care and efficiency. The Service Technician will work closely with the Operations Manager to resolve and troubleshoot issues. Problem-solving skills and patience are a must.

Game Attendants are crucial to the day to day operations. Game Attendants must guide customers safely through the experience with great energy and professionalism. The Game Attendant will conduct player safety briefings and monitor game sessions, all while ensuring player safety and deliver high-end customer service.
