1. Please wait for an EVR team member to assist you.
  2. No Food or Drinks are permitted inside of EVR Arcade. We like to keep a clean play area so we ask that you not bring food or beverages into the facility.
  3. No inappropriate behavior or horseplay. Such activities may cause injury to guests or damage EVR equipment. Anyone that does NOT follow this rule will be asked to leave.
  4. Equipment Use. Please exercise care, and caution when using the gaming systems, as these systems are costly, and can be easily damaged. If equipment is carelessly damaged in any way the user/parent/guardian will be responsible for damages incurred.
  5. Cleanliness and hygiene are a must ! After each use headsets are cleaned with disinfectant wipes. As a courtesy to our other guests and to keep the equipment in good working order, we ask that you please freshen up before you use the equipment.
  6. No backpacks, bags, purses, etc . in the gaming area. These items can create potential trip hazards. Dress comfortably, unrestrictive clothing and comfortable footwear is highly encouraged.
  7. Age Restrictions . Children 8 years of age and younger will only be permitted to use certain machines. Others gaming systems may be permitted with parental/guardian consent. Some content may not be suitable for young children.
  8. Eye glass wearers : If your frame is smaller than 142 mm wide and 50 mm high, it will fit our VR goggles. However: If you are in doubt, we advise to wear contact lenses if possible.
  9. Machines are first come-first served.
  10. Time Expiration .At the conclusion of your gaming time, please wait for a team member to assist you.
  11. Staff has the ability to pause or stop any session as needed.
  12. Warning. Some games may cause motion sickness. If you are susceptible to motion sickness please consult a team member before participating in games.
  13. Anyone with a history of should seizures, loss of awareness, or other symptoms linked to an epileptic condition consult a physician before using EVR Arcade equipment.
  14. Refunds will only be given for gaming time that has not been used when there is an equipment interference. Refunds will not be given if play session was ended by staff due to destructive, reckless, or endangering behavior by the customer. Any session/token(s) that have not been used can be transferred to a game card for later use.
